My own early life experiences influenced my decision to become a therapist and gave me a firsthand understanding of how family dysfunction, trauma, and unhealthy patterns can affect us long after childhood ends. They also taught me that our past may shape us, but it does not have to control our future. My style is direct, honest, and practical. I provide a judgment-free space while also challenging clients when needed. I do not believe in sugarcoating problems, instead I teach you coping skills and mood regulation to lower anger and anxiety. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, anger, and major life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, I help clients recognize patterns, strengthen coping skills, establish boundaries, and create meaningful, lasting change.
