Hello! My name is Kristin Lipinski, and I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to helping my clients discover the best version of themselves. Using a person-centered approach, I believe that fostering a collaborative process is a critical aspect of helping clients reach their goals from a place of confidence and empowerment. As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe space for young adults and adults seeking guidance with an array of mental health disorders including Anxiety, Depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Trauma, Substance Use Disorders, and Interpersonal Issues. Additional topics I am passionate about include (but are not limited to) self-esteem, empowerment techniques, stress management, inner child work and developing effective coping skills.
