Hello! I’m Kristin Manuel, M.Ed., Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Christine Etheridge, LPC-S, and the founder of Evergreen Therapy and Wellness, PLLC. I’m a Southeast Texas native and earned both my Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Master of Education in Counseling from Lamar University. My experience has allowed me to work with individuals from many different walks of life, strengthening my passion for helping people navigate difficult seasons with compassion, hope, and practical support. My approach to counseling is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. At Evergreen, I work with both adults and children and currently offer in-person and telehealth counseling services. It is truly an honor and privilege to walk alongside my clients through whatever season of life they may be facing. Seasons change. Growth continues. There is hope for what comes next.
