Introduction

Hi and welcome! I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2011. I previously worked in crisis, forensics, and community mental health. In 2017, after three years of unclear symptoms and challenging life events, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This peaked my interest in functional and integrative medicine as a means of healing. I made numerous personal and professional changes that allowed me to manage my stress more effectively. This lead me to shift my focus to work with adults who are facing similar challenges. You may be newly diagnosed, navigating an autoimmune condition, or feeling worn down by symptoms that don’t always have clear answers. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore how stress, trauma, and life experiences can show up in both the body and mind—and to begin healing in a way that feels respectful of your pace. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and direct, and I value honest, collaborative work. I utilize treatment modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to address issues of trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, and psychological stress that has manifested into mental and physical symptoms.
