Introduction

I'd love to help! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor practicing in Virginia. I enjoy working with adults 18+ and couples who are ready to reflect, strengthen their interpersonal skills, and show up healthier in all of their relationships. This can include connections with family, in the workplace, dating, pre-marriage, marriage, parenting or with adult children. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment wounds and trauma. I also enjoy leading group therapy and presenting mental health education to various groups around Hampton Roads. Getting healthier is contagious! I believe that if we get healthier body, mind and spirit, we can have a lasting effect on future generations. Imagine the ripple effect that healing could have on those around you!
