I tend to work with artists, creatives, and helper-types who feel inherently sensitive and attuned to the world around them, and are seeking a collaborative space that goes beyond talk therapy and honors their unique stories and needs. My approach integrates EMDR and parts-work within a relational, psychodynamic framework. Many people I work with are navigating the lingering effects of trauma, whether from recent experiences or longstanding patterns rooted in childhood. Together, we'll explore how the past may still be present, uncover what’s keeping you stuck, and help you reconnect with your creative, curious, and resilient core self.
