Introduction

You may be the person everyone relies on. You’re capable, responsible, and used to holding things together, but underneath it all you may feel exhausted, disconnected, stuck in old patterns or unsure of what you actually want. I especially enjoy working with therapists, helping professionals and other high-achieving people who are ready to turn some of that care and attention toward themselves. I believe therapy should be a place where you can bring your whole self. You are more than a diagnosis or collection of symptoms, and our work can make room for your mind, body, relationships, identity, culture, values, spirituality and the experiences and systems that have shaped you. I work with adults and couples navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationships, substance use and recovery, life transitions, and questions of identity, meaning and purpose. I’m an LPC, LPCS, and AADC with more than 13 years of clinical experience. My collaborative, integrative approach draws from EMDR, Somatic Experiencing®, mindfulness, IFS-informed, Narrative, Jungian and meaning-centered work. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming and social justice oriented. When desired and clinically appropriate, therapy can also incorporate spirituality, symbolism, creativity, ritual or therapeutic tarot for reflection and exploration. There is room here for both science and soul. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, self-trust, connection, and a life that feels more like your own.
