I offer a dedicated space for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want to feel more at home in themselves. My work centers neurodivergent (Autistic/ADHD) people as well as those living with the impact of trauma, burnout, grief, or chronic illness and/or pain. We know that understanding why we feel a certain way doesn't automatically change it - survival responses are held in the body, beyond the reach of intellectual insight alone. Through careful, caring somatic work, I help clients engage directly with the nervous system to transform the idea of safety into a tangible, felt reality. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming, and is grounded in anti-racism, body liberation, and disability justice. Using a trauma and attachment-informed lens, I integrate Somatic Psychotherapy, Parts Work, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). That means pace, focus, and technique are always guided by your lived experience and specific needs. You can arrive just as you are. Together we'll notice what you need, move at a pace that feels right, and create small, dependable moments of safety that ripple into daily life so it doesn't all feel so hard, so you can be yourself and be met, so you can rest and belong. If this speaks to you, I'd be glad to connect. Free 30 min. consultations are available. For more info, please visit kristinasarkisova.com
