Introduction

Seeking a counselor is scary and can be one of the hardest steps in counseling. Just making it this far is something you should be proud of. If you find yourself overwhelmed with daily life, anxious or just needing some guidance when it comes to your mental health, I can help you through that. My goal is to make the process of therapy as seamless as possible by tailoring a treatment plan that uniquely fits you and your lifestyle. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and ADHD. I have experience with a wide range of ages, but my specialty for the past 2 years has been adults and the geriatric population.
