My goal is to make the process of therapy as seamless as possible by tailoring a treatment plan that uniquely fits you and your lifestyle. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and ADHD. I have experience with a wide range of ages, but my specialty for the past 2 years has been adults and the geriatric population.
