I work with individuals across the lifespan—from young children through elders—helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, adoption, and so much more. My approach is grounded in emerging neuropsychological techniques, including EMDR, Brainspotting, polyvagal theory, and parts work, all designed to help your nervous system find stability and healing. I'm trained in play therapy, Theraplay®, CBT, DBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and clinical hypnosis, which means I can tailor treatment to what works best for you. Whether you're processing past trauma, managing obsessive thoughts, adjusting to a major life change, or working through identity and self-esteem concerns, I create a supportive space where you can be fully heard. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University and am licensed in Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
