Introduction

Kristine received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Ohio State University. She is deeply committed to providing a safe space for adolescent and adult clients to process their concerns whether they are related to life situations, relationships, trauma, mental health or substance abuse. As a Gestalt trained therapist, Kristine helps clients become aware of what they are doing, how they are doing it and how they can change. This collaborative, holistic approach emphasizes self-acceptance, allowing clients to become more aware of the ways unexamined thoughts, emotions and behaviors may block individual growth and development.
