In my practice, we work together on a personalized treatment plan to establish clear goals and develop healthy coping skills to reframe negative thought patterns. The recent years have brought unprecedented changes to how we work, attend school, maintain relationships, and navigate adversity. Through it all, I believe therapy is key to finding your footing. Experience & Specialties I bring extensive years of experience across various mental health settings, including hospitals, clinics, providing clinical supervision to other professionals. Population Treated Individual therapy sessions for teenagers (13+), college students, and adults. I offer both in-office and telehealth services so you can choose what works best fits your lifestyle and needs. Insurance I accept select insurance plans. If I am considered an out-of-network provider for your specific plan, I can readily provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement and cost savings.
