Introduction

I am a private practice therapist that has worked in various settings over the past 15 years from inpatient to outpatient and various levels in between. I am certified and specialize in Addiction and Trauma while also having specialized focus in Vicarious Trauma, ADHD, and Life Transitions. I am known to be a more "straight forward" kind of therapist who is down to earth, up front, and conversational in sessions. I like to start out very solution focused to create an increased sense of stability and then move into deeper exploration of dysfunctional thinking patterns, unhelpful belief systems, or formative life experiences that may no longer be productive.
