I believe counseling is most helpful when you feel safe enough to be yourself—without judgment and without feeling like you need to have everything figured out. Life can become overwhelming, and sometimes we find ourselves carrying stress, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or self-doubt while doing our best to keep moving forward. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to come alongside you as we make sense of what you’re experiencing, recognize the strengths you already have, and identify practical steps that can help you move toward the life you want. My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and difficult life transitions. I especially enjoy helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves begin to recognize their own strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, and move forward with greater confidence and hope. As an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC), my approach is person-centered and incorporates cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and strength-based principles. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I believe counseling should be shaped around you—your experiences, your needs, your values, and the goals that are meaningful to you. Reaching out for counseling can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. We can start right where you are and take things one step at a time. I would be honored to support you along the way.
