Life can start to feel heavy in ways that are hard to explain. Maybe you’ve been struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, relationship stress, or a major life transition. Maybe you’re questioning parts of yourself, trying to figure out where you belong, or worried about how others may react to your truth. You do not have to navigate all of that alone. I’ve spent the last 15 years helping people work through painful experiences, life changes, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight that comes with trying to hold everything together for too long. My background includes work in hospitals, universities, domestic violence shelters, schools, nonprofits, and community crisis response supporting both victims of crime and people impacted by natural disasters. Today, I run my own practice, The Belonging Space, where I provide affirming, compassionate therapy for adults navigating real life, real emotions, and real change. I especially enjoy working with young adults, women, LGBTQ+ clients, and people exploring identity, relationships, and creating a life that fits who they truly are. If this sounds like a space where you might feel understood, I’d be happy to talk with you about your needs and see if we’re a good fit. Text me at 832-795-9521 whenever you’re ready.
