Introduction

I’m Kristyn Adler, LICSW, a licensed therapist supporting children (ages 3+), adults, and families across MA, NH, ME, and VT. I provide individual and family counseling as well as parent coaching, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Most sessions are offered virtually, with in-person appointments available in the Lakes Region, NH. I help families and individuals navigate: -Anxiety, depression, and life transitions -Trauma -Family conflict, parenting stress, and attachment challenges -Adoption-related and relational issues I have nearly 20 years of experience and draw from evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I take a collaborative, strengths-based, solutions-focused approach, providing a safe, compassionate space to process challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change—sometimes even with a little laughter.
