Introduction

Krysta graduated with her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with additional Rehabilitation Counseling focus from Ohio University in 2021. Originally from the PNW, she moved to Central Oregon in 2021 and has worked in a variety of settings including, therapeutic boarding school, intensive in-patient, and pediatric outpatient care, focusing on parent-child relationship and psychoeducation for caregivers. Krysta enjoys working with individuals and families on navigating life's challenges, and believes in an individualized approach to support each unique person achieve their best functioning. Krysta is trained in EMDR and is passionate about continuing to study interpersonal neurobiology, neurofeedback, and trauma's impact on the brain and body.
