Hi, I’m Krystal Hall. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider — but more importantly, I’m someone who believes deeply in the power of second chances and the beauty of new beginnings. For over ten years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals through life’s challenges, supporting their growth, healing, and overall journey toward emotional and practical well-being. My experience as an individual and group therapist, clinical supervisor, and community advocate has reinforced my belief that therapy should be as unique as the person sitting in front of me. My primary focus is supporting you in managing mental health and substance use challenges while building resilience, strengthening coping skills, and discovering practical strategies to reach your personal goals. In our first session, we’ll create a supportive, collaborative space to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll review your background, current concerns, and goals, as well as any symptoms or diagnoses that may be part of your journey. I’ll walk you through the approaches that may best support you, and I always welcome your questions. This is your time — my goal is for you to feel fully heard, informed, and comfortable every step of the way. I look forward to supporting you as you navigate and create the next chapter of your story.
