Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside while quietly carrying exhaustion, self-doubt, perfectionism, or the feeling that they're simply surviving rather than living. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe lasting healing happens when we move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin understanding the deeper patterns that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. I integrate EMDR with parts work and other evidence-based approaches to help clients process painful experiences, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with a greater sense of peace, clarity, and authenticity.
