Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My passion for mental health grew from years of serving individuals and families in the U.S. Navy, where I witnessed the importance of resilience, connection, and compassionate care during life's most difficult moments. I work with children (ages 5+), adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, grief and relationship challenges. I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic testing to help identify strengths, clarify diagnoses, and guide personalized treatment planning. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care while recognizing that every client's story is unique. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating a current challenge or seeking personal growth, I'm committed to helping you feel empowered, supported, and confident as you move forward.
