Introduction

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who works with adolescents and Latinx young adults in NYC navigating anxiety, depression, and big life transitions—especially when family expectations, cultural values, and personal needs feel hard to balance. Many of the people I work with are used to being the responsible one, the strong one, or the one who’s “doing fine” on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed or stuck on the inside. Sometimes feeling torn between who they are and who they’re expected to be. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold it all together or explain yourself. It's a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and start taking care of yourself without guilt. I already understand how much culture and family can shape what you’re carrying. I bring over six years of experience into my work, but what matters most to me is creating a genuine, supportive connection. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, and I move at your pace. Together, we work on understanding your emotions, building healthier coping skills, and helping you feel more confident and grounded in who you are and where you’re going.
