Introduction

Seeking support for healing is a difficult choice for anyone to make. You may have been contemplating this for a long time or had a recent self-realization. You may have received support in the past or be brand new to therapy. Regardless to how long you’ve been considering it or your past experiences, you’re here now! I honor and recognize everyone in their bravery for coming this far. My goal is to align with my clients in conceptualizing their goals for therapy and explore what treatment pathways are best for them.
