Introduction

My practice offers an interpresonal process group for adults - Growth Through Connection. Mondays 6:00-7:30pm 527 Plumas St, Reno, NV 89509 The ways we relate to others often become patterns we carry from one relationship to the next. These patterns develop for a reason, which is why simply knowing we want to change them often isn't enough. An interpersonal process group gives you an opportunity to explore these patterns and try something different with the guidance of a therapist. As you interact with group members, your thoughts, feelings, and reactions become visible in real time, allowing you to slow down, explore what is happening, and practice new ways of connecting. Rather than just talking about relationships, you get to experience them and make meaningful changes in a supportive environment. As a licensed psychologist and Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP) with over 10 years of clinical experience, I believe that meaningful change begins in authentic human connection. I balance warmth with directness, offering both support and challenge to help members grow. Recognizing that every person brings unique developmental experiences, identities, and cultural backgrounds that shape how they relate to others, I strive to create a space where these experiences are honored and differences are met with curiosity and respect.
