Introduction

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported, especially when life expects you to carry more than most. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in working with high-stress professionals, including first responders, law enforcement personnel, and others navigating intense work environments or repeated exposure to trauma. My approach is relational, client-centered, and trauma-informed. That means we will move at your pace, with care and intention, in a space that honors your story, your identity, and your humanity. Cultural humility is central to my work, and I am committed to affirming the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and lived experience that shape how you show up and what healing looks like for you. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, while prioritizing genuine connection, emotional safety, and authenticity in every session. Whether you are feeling stuck, exhausted, anxious, or simply ready for something different, we will work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with what matters most to you. You do not have to do it all alone. Let’s make space for something new and sustainable.
