Introduction

Hi, I'm Kyla Cadieux, LCSW I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our inner world with curiosity, compassion, and courage. Whether you're struggling with addiction, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a space to reconnect with your innate capacity for healing and growth. My approach is integrative, combining evidence-based therapies with innovative psychedelic-assisted modalities when appropriate. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the patterns, protective strategies, and experiences that have shaped their lives while helping them move toward greater authenticity, resilience, and self-compassion. I offer traditional psychotherapy as well as psychedelic-assisted therapy services, tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. My therapeutic approaches include: Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy – Preparation, support, and integration services designed to help clients make meaning of transformative psychedelic experiences. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) – Combining ketamine with psychotherapy to facilitate deeper insight, emotional processing, and healing. Ketamine-Assisted EMDR (KA-EMDR) – Integrating low-dose ketamine with EMDR to help clients process trauma, reduce barriers to healing, and access new perspectives. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – An evidence-based approach for healing trauma, anxiety, negative beliefs, and distressing life experiences. Internal Family Systems (IFS) – A compassionate, non-pathologizing model that helps clients understand and heal the different "parts" of themselves. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, increasing mindfulness, and building resilience. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is warm, genuine, and collaborative. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, access your own inner wisdom, and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room. Healing is possible. You don't have to navigate it alone.
