Introduction

Life is too short to surrender to bad relationships, hold grudges, let trauma control us, or be anxious, sad, or angry all the time. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be your authentic self and have someone walk along side you in this journey. Addressing mental health and substance use concerns can be difficult even if it's not new to you. Whether you are a parent looking for help for your adolescent, a first responder being impacted by your job, or someone wanting relief, I am here to help! I am a Board-Certified Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor, & a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I earned certifications as a Certified Trauma Professional, Certified First Responder Counselor, & a Board Certified Telehealth Practitioner. I am EMDR-trained & trained in the CAMS-care. I specialize in trauma, substance use, & suicidality. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in residential, outpatient, in the streets and 911 while in crisis, and in jail settings — whatever you need to bring to therapy I'm here for it. I am proud of you for considering therapy and reading this page. I am honored to be a part of your growth journey should you feel I am a good fit.
