People seek therapy for a number of reasons, and usually at the heart of it is wanting to feel better and get the most out of life. There is often a disconnect between what we know vs how we feel about ourselves. Over the past eight years, I have seen and worked with a variety of mental health challenges, both in the residential and outpatient settings. Through my work in traditional talk therapy, I have come to appreciate the slow and consistent work it takes to know another person, and help them heal and live in a way which feels meaningful to them. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. For the past four years, my work has focused on helping people better understand themselves, and in turn make conscious decisions on how to navigate their lives. I believe each client knows their own history, motivations, needs and desires better than anyone, and my job is to help them uncover these realities. If you believe there are emotional or psychological barriers preventing you from the potential you know that you have, I encourage you to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consult to see if my approach might be helpful to you.
