At my core, I am an intuitive, spiritually grounded therapist who helps individuals build healthy boundaries, develop personal power, and regulate their nervous system. My work integrates somatic therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, with a strong emphasis on the mind–body connection. I was drawn to becoming a therapist through my deep interest in the mind–body connection and my personal background in yoga and mindfulness. I believe healing is not just cognitive — it is emotional, physical, and spiritual. I feel especially called to work with LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent clients (ADHD/autism), and those navigating spiritual or existential transitions, including religious deconstruction. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and deeply connected to your most authentic self.
