Kylee Jones (she/her) is the Director of Training, Learning, and Growth and Interim Clinical Director at Indigenous Circle of Wellness. She holds a License in Clinical Social Work in California and Colorado (LCSW#110243 & CSW.9933023). Kylee has spent over a decade supporting urban Native and under-resourced communities throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties. Kylee’s work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, our communities, our ancestors, and our future generations. She brings deep experience across community, educational, and clinical settings; including post secondary education, acute hospitalization, court-mandated psychoeducation, residential rehabilitation, brief intervention, as well as short- and long-term counseling. As a mixed-race person, Kylee understands firsthand the layered and complex realities of identity, belonging, and the journey of forging one’s own path toward reclamation. Her approach is rooted in cultural responsiveness, liberation, advocacy, and representation, supporting individuals as they navigate trauma and oppression while reclaiming their stories. Kylee specializes in supporting clients experiencing life transitions, identity development, self-worth and self-esteem challenges, anxiety, and depression, with a strong focus on healing intergenerational trauma. She believes that tending to what has been carried—personally and collectively—creates space for thriving, empowerment, and renewed possibility. Kylee provides therapy for adults, couples, and families, integrating client-centered care with evidence-based and somatic approaches, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. In addition to individual and relational therapy, she offers liberatory wellness and leadership coaching as well as clinical supervision and consultation for pre-licensed and licensed mental health providers. She also brings experience from teaching and facilitating on topics such as Psychotherapy as Liberation, Indigenous Approaches to Mental Wellness, Intergenerational Trauma, Traveling with Medicine, the Community Resiliency Model to name a few. Kylee enjoys facilitating wellness circles, training, and workshops that center community healing and knowledge-sharing on mental health and wellness topics. Through all of her work, Kylee is committed to creating culturally grounded spaces where healing, liberation, and collective wellness are possible.
