Sometimes life asks more of us than we feel prepared to give. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or navigating a transition that has left you unsteady. At Willow Counseling Studio, I offer a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. I bring over 20 years of experience working with children and families, and more than 12 years as a clinical social worker. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through moments of change, uncertainty, and healing. I work with adolescents, adults, and families who are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, grief, and major life changes. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, meeting you where you are and honoring your lived experience. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, focusing on building insight, emotional regulation, and resilience. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), attachment-focused work, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, always tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I believe healing happens within a trusting relationship—one that feels steady, respectful, and genuine. The willow tree is a guiding symbol for this practice. Willows are deeply rooted yet flexible, able to bend without breaking. In therapy, we focus on strengthening your roots—your sense of safety, identity, and support—while gently fostering growth, adaptability, and balance through life’s challenges. Willow Counseling Studio offers secure telehealth sessions in a confidential, welcoming environment. Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and you don’t have to take it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
