Kylene Madrigal is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over five years of experience working with adults across a range of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and private practice. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and brings a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy. Kylene has always been fascinated by the ways our life experiences, relationships, and inner narratives shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. She believes that therapy is a collaborative space—one where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of patterns that may no longer be serving them. Kylene works with adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
