Introduction

I have extensive training and experience working with adolescence and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse, self-harm, interpersonal relationships and self-image. I am passionate about helping people and feel it is an honor to walk through their journey of healing and growth. Much of my work with people is in empowering them to find their strengths to work through difficult circumstances while guiding them towards healthy coping techniques and resolving internal conflicts.
