I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who believes in meeting people where they are and creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of diagnoses and life challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting older adults and seniors, as well as individuals diagnosed with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming and gender-affirming care, supporting individuals as they explore identity, navigate life transitions, and build self-understanding in an affirming and respectful space. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and genuine. My work is grounded in a person-centered and relational approach, meaning therapy is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique experiences. I draw from evidence-based practices to help build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful change. Above all, I strive to provide a nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as you are. If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process.
