Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing in-person and telehealth therapy for children ages 5+, teens, young adults, and adults. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, anger, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I incorporate CBT, cognitive processing, emotional and relational approaches, coping skills, and motivational strategies tailored to each client's needs. With children and adolescents, I use developmentally appropriate techniques to help them understand and express their thoughts and emotions. I strive to create a comfortable environment where clients can build insight, develop healthier coping skills, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful change.
