Introduction

My name is Kylie Hathaway, and I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Alabama and South Carolina. I specialize in working with high‑performance individuals—including first responders, veterans, and those in sport performance—who are navigating trauma, chronic stress, identity strain, or the pressure to stay strong for everyone else. I help by offering a grounded, trauma‑informed space where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together. I also work with couples struggling with communication, connection, and infidelity. If you are a new mom and looking for support, struggle with infertility, or spent time in the NICU, I also work with mothers navigating postpartum and traumatic births. My approach integrates Cognitive Processing Therapy and relational‑cultural principles to help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, reconnect with your strengths, and rebuild the parts of your life that deserve clarity and connection. In our first sessions, you can expect a calm, collaborative space. Together we will create a plan to create change. I practice in Alabama and South Carolina via telehealth.
