Introduction

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. I work with individuals, couples and families navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and identity. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not like yourself, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences and build tools that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you want to be. My goal is to create a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore what’s weighing on you and supported as you move toward meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based practices with a focus on self-awareness, emotional insight, and sustainable coping strategies. In our work together, you can expect a balance of support and gentle challenge, helping you build resilience, strengthen self-respect, and reconnect with a sense of hope and direction. If you’re considering starting therapy, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
