Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a passion for helping people find peace and contentment through life's challenges. My ideal client is someone who feels stuck—caught in cycles of stress, self-doubt, or emotional pain despite their best efforts to move forward. They may be going through a major life transition, struggling with anxiety or dysregulation, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves and the sense of peace they long for. They are insightful and motivated for change, but traditional talk therapy may not have given them the depth of healing they’re seeking. They want to understand why they feel the way they do, and more importantly, how to shift those patterns—mentally, emotionally, and physically. My approach is mindfulness-based and trauma-informed. I use somatic approaches to help clients reconnect with themselves, process unresolved emotions, and develop practical tools to regulate their nervous system and nurture lasting change. I also draw from Buddhist and yogic philosophy, teaching breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation skills that support calm and resilience. My clients come to therapy not only to feel better, but to become more authentically who they are. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have specialized training in trauma-informed approaches, nervous system regulation, and yoga. I am trained in Brainspotting, a powerful somatic therapy that helps process unresolved trauma and emotional pain held deep in the body. Many clients find this work transformative, especially if traditional talk therapy hasn’t provided the relief they’ve hoped for. In our work, I’ll hold a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin to make sense of your experiences. Through mindfulness, somatic work, and trauma-informed therapy, you’ll gain tools to soothe your nervous system and find clarity amidst the noise. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re longing for calm, insight, and a deeper sense of peace, I would be honored to walk alongside you in this process of healing and rediscovery.
