My name is Kymberly (Kym) Lundberg, LMFT (CA LMFT #129673). I’m a neurodivergent-affirming therapist who specializes in supporting adults with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, overwhelm, and self-worth challenges. I help sensitive, creative, and highly thoughtful people understand themselves more deeply and develop tools for emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and authentic, aligned living. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with executive dysfunction (starting and finishing tasks), chronic self-doubt, overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, and difficulty setting boundaries. Some are navigating late-diagnosed or self-identified neurodivergence, identity questions, difficult life transitions, or long-standing patterns in relationships. Others simply want support in feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded in their daily lives. My approach is collaborative, warm, and integrative, grounded in neurodivergent-affirming care. Together, we’ll explore how your brain, nervous system, and lived experiences shape the challenges you face — and how to work with your natural wiring rather than against it. Therapy may include building self-worth, improving communication and relationship skills, developing ADHD-friendly tools for executive functioning, strengthening emotional regulation, and creating sustainable routines that align with your energy and values. I draw from ACT, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, somatic principles, I-CBT, trauma-informed care, and neuroscience, always tailoring my approach to your needs and identity. When helpful, I bring humor and creativity into the work, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I've been a therapist for over a decade and even before that I was working with youth, adults, and families in art and education settings. This background continues to shape my intuitive, creative, and strengths-based style. I’m passionate about helping neurodivergent and sensitive adults feel understood, supported, and empowered as they navigate challenges, deepen self-awareness, and build a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and authentically their own.
