Life can feel complicated, and so can the challenges we face. Whether you're an individual seeking personal growth, navigating a major transition, or a couple hoping to build stronger connection, I offer a supportive, collaborative space where each person feels respected and heard. I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life, helping them grow in understanding, confidence, and clarity. In that work, I help individuals and couples navigate differences in communication, processing styles, and relationship needs. My approach combines Emotionally Focused Therapy, parts work, and interpersonal neurobiology through a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming lens. I also support personal growth and faith or identity transitions. Before counseling, I spent over two decades leading teams and managing complex interpersonal dynamics. That experience deepened my respect for how relationships—with others and ourselves—shape every part of life. I believe healing begins when we feel safe, understood, and empowered, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
