I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals work through life’s challenges with honesty, support, and practical tools for change. My passion for this work began with a deep desire to help people heal, grow, and recognize their strength, even in seasons when life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults facing a wide range of concerns, and that experience has strengthened my commitment to meeting each client where they are with compassion, respect, and real understanding. My work often focuses on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, anger management, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and women’s issues. I also support clients who are learning how to set healthier boundaries, improve communication, process past pain, and build more confidence in who they are. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to keep going. My approach is grounded, supportive, and tailored to the needs of each person. I work to provide a nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and begin making meaningful changes in their lives. My goal is to help clients not only manage what they are facing right now, but also build the insight, confidence, and emotional strength needed to move forward in a healthier way.
