Hello, I’m Labrenia Jordan, M.A., RPA, a Registered Psychology Associate and behavioral health professional who believes that healing begins with having a safe space where you can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adults and young adults who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, or the challenges of starting over after difficult experiences. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals who are justice-involved, navigating reentry after incarceration, or working to create meaningful change in their lives. My clinical experience has allowed me to work alongside individuals experiencing serious mental health concerns, behavioral challenges, and significant life transitions. These experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy. I recognize that your experiences, diagnosis, or past circumstances do not define who you are. You are a whole person with strengths, goals, and the capacity for growth. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Together, we can explore the patterns that may be affecting your emotional well-being, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen your relationships, and work toward the changes
