Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or major transitions begin to affect how you feel and function each day. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where adolescents, young adults, and adults can better understand what they are experiencing, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. My clinical background includes working in psychiatric settings, group practice, and private practice with individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns. I particularly enjoy working with clients who are navigating anxiety, social anxiety, life and career transitions, identity development, family conflict, and the pressures that can come with school, work, relationships, and high expectations. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client. I draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, family systems, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling life. Therapy should offer both a place to feel understood and practical tools that can make a difference outside of the therapy room.
