Introduction

Has anyone ever told you that you’re “lazy”, “too sensitive”, or “not trying hard enough”? Have you told that to yourself? I find that in reality, the opposite is the case. My clients are hard working, kind, forgiving, and driven people that have been weighed down by trauma, chronic pain, and unrealistic expectations from others. I believe life is not a pain olympics. No matter how “big” or “small” the pain, we all deserve to be heard and taken seriously. I specialize in working with people who have experienced chronic long term traumas such as the microaggressions and ostracism that occurs during the immigration and naturalization process, the ostracism of being neurodivergent in an ableist society, religious abuse, and experiencing in interpersonal and domestic violence situations. If you have moved to America, I would be especially keen to work with you.
