In nearly a decade of practice, I have learned to celebrate even the smallest victories with clients, knowing that every step forward is meaningful. I break down big goals into smaller, manageable steps to make the process feel less overwhelming and more achievable. I believe in practicing what I preach when it comes to self-care, making time for the things that bring me joy whether that is traveling, reading, or just resting on the couch with my cat.
