Lacey is a mental health therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their strengths. She earned her master's degree in social work from Mount Mary University. Lacey is licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois. Lacey works with clients ages 5 through 60, specializing in anxiety, ADHD, trauma, abuse survivors, depression, life transitions, LGBTQIA+, PTSD, Suicidal Ideation, and women's issues. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's needs. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Whether you're seeking in-person or virtual sessions, Lacey strives to create a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. Outside of therapy, She enjoys painting, cooking, hiking, and swimming—activities that help her stay grounded and creative, and which often inspire the work she does with clients.
