Introduction

Are your emotions intense and hard to manage? Do relationships feel overwhelming, confusing, or painful? Maybe you struggle with mood swings or feel stuck in patterns you don't understand. I provide virtual therapy throughout Texas so you can get support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. If you are navigating borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and/or interpersonal difficulties, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. I understand how exhausting it can feel to constantly battle your own emotions or relationship patterns. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and compassionate at its core. My goal is to help you build emotional stability, strengthen your sense of self, and develop healthier, more secure relationships. Together, we can help you learn how to regulate your emotions in ways that feel empowering and focus on long-term emotional resilience. I believe you deserve a non-judgmental listening ear. You are not "too much" or "too sensitive". I would be honored to work together. Texting or emailing is the most convenient way to contact me. You can also book directly through Headway.
