Introduction

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s, and that personal experience shaped how I show up for clients—meeting people exactly where they are, without judgment or hierarchy. For over a decade, I've specialized in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), beginning with clinical training at a residential treatment center focused on personality disorders. I work with teenagers through older adults, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. My approach blends CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, but what sets my work apart is the emphasis on practical skill-building. Rather than talk therapy alone, I help you develop concrete tools you can practice between sessions and carry into your life. I offer individual therapy, group sessions, and coaching, available both in-person and via telehealth. I accept most major insurance plans and out-of-network options. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
