Introduction

Starting high school, college, or “real adult life” can feel overwhelming — between managing classes, friendships, family, jobs, and figuring out who you are and what you want. It’s a lot. You don’t have to figure it out all on your own! I specialize in working with teens, college students, and young adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you can be real, feel heard, and learn tools that actually help in day-to-day life. Whether you’re trying to handle the pressure of school, cope with anxiety, move through past experiences, or just want support in building confidence and self-trust, therapy can give you the clarity and resilience to move forward. You deserve a space that’s yours — one where you can grow, heal, and find your own path.
