You may be someone who carries responsibility well—so well that stress, pressure, and emotional overload have become familiar. You’ve adapted, performed, and held things together, even when it’s cost you clarity, rest, or connection to yourself. I provide short-term individual, couples, and group therapy for adults who are ready to interrupt unhelpful patterns and take responsibility for meaningful change. My work is focused, directive, and grounded in emotional regulation, relational awareness, and practical application—helping clients move from surviving to responding with intention. Practice Structure & Expectations: This practice is intentionally short-term and structured. Services are not open-ended or weekly by default. All work is time-limited, goal-oriented, and designed to support clarity, intention, movement, and decision-making within a defined container. Groups are not drop-in or repetitive; each session builds on the last, with the full series returning the following year for those who wish to re-engage or deepen the work. Group Focus Areas Include: Parenting: Occurs: January, February, October A short-term, structured group for parents who want to interrupt unhelpful patterns, strengthen leadership in the home, and respond to their children with clarity rather than reactivity. Couples: Occurs: April, September A focused, time-limited group for couples ready to identify relational patterns, improve communication, and take responsibility for meaningful change. These groups are for people who feel fear, anger, or immediate pushback when they hear the word surrender, and who are willing—even within that discomfort—to sit with what arises through support, challenge, and guidance.
