I believe that healing is not a linear process; life can be messy and really hard at times. I want to sit with you in the hard moments, helping you feel understood and supported. I believe therapy is a space for honest exploration, connection, and growth, a place where we can be our authentic selves. I am particularly passionate about working with mothers during the pre- and postpartum periods, young adults navigating academics, interpersonal relationships, identity exploration, and individuals dealing with the real and hard impacts of complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. I am an attachment and trauma-informed therapist and offer a variety of modalities and frameworks. That means, in our work together, we'll explore your early experiences and how those wounds and unresolved traumas influence your life now. With compassion, we'll move to explore the unconscious and build self-awareness to foster long-term emotional healing.
